Our Fastic Review
Fastic is a modern app created by an experienced team who are ready to help you get started on your intermittent fasting journey. It's a beautifully designed app that offers a sense of joy and simplicity as you use it but really is a complex and thorough fasting program. Its extra features are designed to make fasting easy and accessible to all.
While there are many fasting apps that offer libraries of content and information to learn about fasting, few reach the heights achieved by Fastic. This was my favorite feature throughout the Fastic app review - their academy made intermittent fasting a concept that anyone could understand. After going through the academy, it was clear what intermittent fasting was doing to your body and why it was helping you remain healthy.
One feature that left me wanting during my Fastic app review was the profile feature offered by the app. It seemed as though you could become friends and interact with other people using the Fastic app as a form of social media, but it was quite inactive. There wasn't too much of a sense of community among the Fastic profiles, but the potential for growth is there.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Fastic app. There are certainly some aspects that could be improved upon, but overall, Fastic is a great app to have as you start your intermittent fasting journey.
Fastic App Pros & Cons
Here is a quick summation of what I found while reviewing the Fastic app. I broke it down into what worked for me and what left me wanting more. FASTIC app has tons of features that couldn't be fit into the pros and cons section so this is just the tip of the review.

Cons
Start your Intermittent Fasting JOurney Today
"Great app, upgrade ads are NOT intrusive, free version is ample for most needs, but it looks like it would be perfect for those looking for more hand-holding. I don't use the hydration tracker (I really only drink water all day anyway) and I was disappointed that I had to install Google Fit to do step counts, but I'm glad they integrated it so well into this app so u don't have to deal with it after install. We'll done!" - Michael Slusher
About Fastic App Itself
In terms of base specifications, the Fastic app is pretty hefty. It takes up a whopping 137 MB of space on iOS devices and 73 MB on Android phones. It requires iOS 12.0 and up or Android 5.0 and up. It comes with tons of features that really round out the app.
Here are some of the features you can expect when you download Fastic:
- A fasting timer that lets you know how close you are to achieving daily and weekly goals.
- A community and user profiles that enable you to connect with other users.
- Healthy habits that allow users to start challenges and reach new goals.
- A complex academy that's designed to teach you about what fasting is and how it helps you.
Fastic PRICING BREAKDOWN
This app's pricing can be a little confusing with this app, so it's important to know what you want from the program. You can easily download the app for free, but to get full access to everything it has to offer, you'll need to pay for a pro subscription. These can range in terms of what you want access to, and how long you want access to it. Fastic offers different subscription plans based on both the content and the renewal period.
Users can purchase a subscription to Fastic for full access for a month, three months, six months, and even a year. The pricing of these plans will vary and the renewal period will be based on how long your subscription plan is. The year-long subscription is the best bang for your buck, but the price will be high and you'll be committed to Fastic for at least a year. This plan costs AU$79.99/year.
Their month-long plans range from AU$11.99 - AU$12.99 based on what you're looking to get out of the app. The three-month plans cost AU$29.99 and offer you full access to the app for a three-month period.
HOW TO CANCEL Fastic SUBSCRIPTION?
Luckily, canceling your subscription is simple and can be done at any time. The subscriptions automatically renew, so you'll need to do it before a new period begins. To cancel, go to your account on the website, locate the subscriptions section, and select cancel. Once you've canceled your subscription, you'll no longer be automatically billed.
PRIVACY CONCERNS
It's fair to ask whether or not your information is safe with FASTIC. It's taking information about your body and storing it on an online server which can certainly be worrying. Luckily, this app ensures that your information is protected and won't be sold to any companies or services.
