All in all, the intermittent fasting CLEAR review found this app to be one of the best intermittent fasting apps I've encountered. The tools it offers are incredible and are designed for both beginners and veterans alike and will make intermittent fasting much easier to achieve. The ease of use is unmatched and the content CLEAR provides makes intermittent fasting and the effects it has on your body understandable to all.
There are some use issues that come down to the user, however, as the app can be quite unforgiving if you forget to use it. Some users mention forgetting to mark that they've ended their fast and are unable to go back and change it. This can lead to some pretty skewed data points that aren't easy to change in the app itself. Other users mention the adherence to only the popular plans without the ability to customize by hours or calories.
The pricing can be steep, but with the content and features offered by CLEAR, it's clear that it's well priced for what you're getting. This Intermittent Fasting with CLEAR review quickly became a fan of the app and everything it offered.

It's not clear whether or not this is a recurring payment plan, but it does seem to be a one-time payment that you have to automatically renew each month. There are also 3-month and 5-month plans.
The next plan offered is the 12-month CLEAR plan which costs anywhere from $11.99 to $27.99 depending on the content you wish to unlock. In a similar vein to the 1-month plan, this seems to be a one-time payment that unlocks the app for a year before you need to renew it manually. There is a one-time purchase that gets you the full app forever which costs $89.99 - no renewals necessary.
