InFasting Review
Knowledge is key when it comes to fasting. Though the act of fasting is physical and many of the goals associated are related to appearance or better health, much of the preparation for fasting comes from knowing about the process. Having a dedicated library of knowledge that you can access at any point for a better understanding of how fasting works will make the entire journey so much more achievable.
InFasting offers a thorough library of information about fasting and how to get the most out of it. One thing that I noticed throughout my InFasting app review was how easy it was to make a fasting plan catered towards your needs based on the information they had available in their library of content. The goal of this InFasting app review is to show you everything the app has to offer so that you can know whether or not this is the program for your fasting journey.

Our InFasting App Review
Overall, this is a fantastic app for getting started and sticking with fasting. It's incredibly well-priced for what you're getting out of it and it offers tons of exciting extra features that make fasting easy. What really stood out to me during this InFasting app review was the quality of the design. It's a stunning app that hooks you from looks alone and ensures that you'll want to keep coming back.
Using the app is easy and the process of logging information is accessible to all - there's no complex process that makes it difficult to access your information. Simplicity is key with this app. One of my favorite features that I discovered throughout the InFasting app review was their library of information. They offer tips and guides on how to get started with fasting, how to make the most out of it, and what fasting is really doing to your body.
This wealth of content truly makes the idea of fasting much easier to grasp. Once you understand what you're doing to your body, it's much easier to get started with fasting. The library also contains plenty of information on nutritional value to keep up with while fasting. Everything from fats to proteins to sugars is covered with their library. With the InFasting library of content, you'll be covered on how to make the most of your time fasting.
When I started this InFasting app review, I wasn't sold on the program. It seemed too generic and only offered content that I could find elsewhere. But as I dove deeper into the app and the details of what they were offering, it became clear that this was a useful and unique program that truly understood the benefits of fasting.

About InFasting App Itself
The InFasting app itself is relatively small in size and doesn't require too much from the operating system. Here is a closer look at some of the features you can expect from the InFasting app.
- Insights page with tons of content and tips about fasting.
- Fasting timer that keeps track of how long you have to go before you finish a fast.
- Body stats that provide you with a comprehensive view of what you've accomplished.
- Intake correlations that alert you to the correlations between fasting, water, sleep, etc.
InFasting PRICING BREAKDOWN
InFasting offers a few different fasting subscription plans for users to check out. In most cases, once you subscribe to a plan, you gain full access to the app and every feature it has to offer. The only difference between plans is how long you have access to the app. The first subscription plan available is the monthly plan which can be purchased for £10/month.
The next plan available is paid for every three months. You can subscribe to this plan for only £15 every three months. Though this ends up being a better bang for your buck, it does pay to know for sure that this is the app for you. If you end up not liking the app after the first month, then you still have two more months with it and you're £15 down.
The third plan available is the year-long subscription. This is easily the best option in terms of price for the length of access, but it is quite the commitment. This plan costs £30/year and gets you full access to the app and every feature it offers. If you're not sure about the app and want to test it out first, then you can stick with the free version. It's limited in what is offered, but it allows users to try the app out before committing to payment plans.
HOW TO CANCEL InFasting SUBSCRIPTION?
Canceling your subscription is simple and can be done by going into your account on the app or website. There should be a section about managing your subscription which then allows you to go in and cancel before it automatically renews.
