Our Flow Tracker Review

Flow Intermittent Fasting & Weight Loss Tracker Review

All in all, this is a pretty decent app. As far as intermittent fasting tools go, it's average. It offers a timer, certain fasting challenges, and records your data for progress charts. These three tools make intermittent fasting easier as they allow you to check your status and watch your progress. However, that's about it when it comes to intermittent fasting tools.

The feature that stood out throughout this Flow: Intermittent Fasting & Weight Loss Tracker review was their guided meditation section. The feature that justifies the steep price of the app is their regard for mental health when it comes to fasting. The guided meditation is featured to enable users to address their mental health when intermittent fasting which proves quite useful.

When I started the Flow: Intermittent Fasting & Weight Loss Tracker review, I was expecting another fasting tracker that is essentially just a timer with notes. As far as their intermittent fasting tools go, that could be an argument a disgruntled user could make. However, their meditation section truly stands out and makes the app well worth your time and money.

A Quick Personal Opinion

I did find myself longing for more in terms of intermittent fasting help. This app compares nicely to most others on offer, but for the price, I was expecting more. The meditation section certainly helps and justifies the price in the end, but the fasting tools were lacking a bit.

  • There are two subscription plans based on how often you'd like to renew payments
  • Offers fasting challenges for users to compete against the machine.

Flow Tracker PRICING BREAKDOWN

The app itself is free to download, but there are some in-app purchases that users must make before they're able to utilize the tools of Flow. There are two different types of payment plans for the Flow app, each one is based on how often you'd like to pay for the app. The first plan recurs every week and the second plan is paid every three months.

Let's take a look at the weekly payment plan. To unlock the weekly Flow plan, you are required to pay about £5.99 every week for full access to the app and all intermittent fasting tools found within. This is a pretty steep price to pay every week, but I believe that was done on purpose. Most users will likely want to test out the app before committing to a three-month pro version, so they've charged a testing fee and disguised it as a weekly subscription.

In the long run, the three-month subscription will be much cheaper than the weekly one. The three-month subscription plan for Flow costs £29.99 every three months and automatically renews once the three-month period has passed. This unlocks the whole app and provides access to all tools and features found within. The best payment plan would be to test it for a week and then switch to the three-month plan. That way you get a good bang for your buck, but can still test out the app.
