The team behind Fastyle knew what they were doing with every aspect of the app. There is an unbelievable amount of information to be gathered and endless help to get you through the worst of intermittent fasting.
Some of the information provided via the dietary guidelines section of the app is outdated and contradicts advice offered by the personal coaches which can make your periods of eating confusing. Other than that, there isn't much I can say about the app that isn't positive. It's an affordable app that offers quality tools and content to make intermittent fasting easy.
Overall, Fastyle is a quality intermittent fasting app that is made by intermittent fasters for intermittent fasters. It offers a community of help that other apps simply cannot, all for a low price with easy payment options. Fastyle understands that intermittent fasting should be for everyone, and so they've made an app that works for everyone.
